It’s made with Vermont apples and a blend of jalapeño peppers, onion and garlic and it’s a great complement to many of our sausages or other pork products! It’s also a delicious addition to any chili or stew recipe, or just eat a little bit every now and then.



The Vermont Curry® Medium Hot sauce is a product of the geographical conditions and the age-old culinary tradition of the whole “country cooking” of its neighbour Japan. The Japanese term for this will be Nikkei, which is translated to Portuguese as: “Japanese Brazilian fusion cuisine.” This sauce was created by Frank Moku in 1983 during his travels throughout North America in search of new culinary concepts.
